About me
Hello my name is Gemma Lardent I am currently studying Englsih Literature, Psychology, History, Media and I am doing an EPQ on fashion history and I am planning to create a magazine as my end product. I did not take media as a GCSE subject but after going to the taster session I found it really interesting and it is fascinaing to understand how the media impacts everyday life. I also have a real intrest in magazines and how they are construcuted using the codes and coventions.
Task Brief
Using DTP and an image manipulation program my task is to produce the front page of a new school or college magazine, with an orignal photograph of a student in medium close up. Also text that is appropriately laid-out and a masthead. I also must produce a DTP mock-up of the layout of the contents page to show I fully understand the program.
